The meeting took place on the 16 December 2010 (Thursday) at Level12, Block E7, Presinct 1, Putrajaya. It was a fruitful meeting. SCODOS put up the following issues: |

'Laluan Kerjaya' i.e time based promotion exercise to be extended to dental contract officers (citizen/non citizen and non retirees).
- Bahagian Sumber Manusia acted very fast as the letter for this exercise was sent to all states the following week. |

Administrative issues especially matters related to promotion exercises were taken seriously in order for the seniors to get their promotion earlier then the juniours and also to ensure no names were missing or left out . |

SCODOS forwarded a paper to propose the upgrading of State Deputy Directors, 4 head units at Bahagian Kesihatan Pergigian, and the Director of Kolej Latihan Pergigian Malaysia to JUSA C posts to acknwledge their xperience, expertise, greater workload and responsibilities. |

Bahagian Sumber Manusia is currently working on these issues together with of our counterparts from the Medical and Pharmacist. |
