2. Synopsis

“In an increasingly demanding professional environment, how can we help to reduce the risk of complaints, claims and Dental Council investigation, and help build our own reputation and that of the practice?

In describing real dento-legal case examples, delegates will be able to identify common themes arising and learn behaviours and actions which will help build and protect a professional reputation, particularly how to minimise the escalation of a case when things do not go to plan despite best intentions.
